Dear Colleagues,

Before the 16th International Conference on Fusion Reactor Materials (ICFRM-16, October 21th-26th, 2013), Short Course on Foundations of Fusion Materials will be held on Sunday, October 20th, 2013, at Capital Hotel(the venue of ICFRM-16).

Eight top-level scientists will give 8 lectures on the foundation of fusion materials. Each lecture will last 45 minutes and there is a five minute Question & Answer period following each lecture.
There is no registration fee for attending this Short Course. However, the attendees need to find their own place for accommodation and meals.
The goal of this school is to present a comprehensive introduction to fundamental principles and relevant technical issues important to the development of materials for fusion reactors.
Please forward this announcement of the Short Course on Foundations of Fusion Materials to your graduate students, post-doctoral researchers, colleagues (particularly early-career researchers) who may be interested and encourage them to join us in October at Capital Hotel.
If any problems arise, please don’t hesitate to contact with us by Email: (
icfrm16seminar@gmail.com) or telephone (+8615901335810)
In addition, those who are going to attend the Short Course please download the registration form below and send it back to icfrm16seminar@gmail.com
