Before your registration, please read the information below: 
1. The registration for the conference will be available starting July 15, 2013 and ending October 18, 2013, and on-site registration will be offered during the conference. Authors and conference attendees are asked to register through the website. Students are requested to register under the authority of his/her faculty advisor.

2. Early registration with reduced registration fee is encouraged, a as it will be of enormous assistance in planning for the conference. And it can also take the attendees are encouraged to take advantage of the limited block of hotel rooms at the very favorable conference rate. Note that a reduced fee will be available until September 30. A deferred payment registration option is also available, but again notes that the payment must be received by September 30 to qualify for the lower fee.

3. The regular registration fee (see the table below) includes manuscript publication fee, a welcoming reception, refreshments and the banquet. The student fee does not include the manuscript publication fee and banquet. The accompanying person fee includes the banquet.

4. If you need an invitation letter for visa application, please provide your passport information when registering online. You could contact Mr. Yu Wang (ciccst.pco@gmail.com)  about the visa issue.

5. If you need an invitation letter for applying grant from your affiliation, please contact: ciccst.pco@gmail.com.

1. In China, only RMB is used. So, in the payment process, you will find an equivalent RMB amount.

2. Full time students MUST provide proof of full time status (copy of valid student ID card or letter from their institution or program director) by fax or e-mail when submitting their registration and payment.
Confirmation: Your registration will be confirmed in writing upon receipt of your registration information and the related payment. Please present the confirmation letter at the Registration Desk.
